Plate heat exchangers are ideal equipment for liquid-liquid, liquid-vapor heat exchange. Under the same pressure loss, its heat transfer coefficient is 3-5 times higher than that of the tube heat exchanger, covering an area of one third of that of the tube heat exchanger, and the heat recovery rate can be as high as 90% or more. Example: Many thermal stations in Beijing, Qinghai, Xinjiang and other places use saturated steam as the primary heat source for heating. Due to the high steam temperature, when the system is unstable at the initial stage of equipment operation, the rubber gasket fails at high temperature, causing Steam leaks.
